Job description

As a Senior Product Support Engineer, you will be reporting to the Product Support lead. Major

activities will be –

  • Troubleshoot Product related issues raised by the customer and respond back to the customer
  • in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with Scrum Master and Delivery Manager for the delivery of Product bug fixes and
  • Product Builds to the customer.
  • Creating and maintaining environments for Product Development and Testing.
  • Training other teams on Product features and configuration
  • Recommend necessary Performance tuning for Application servers and Database servers.


  • Having 5-7 years of software industry experience with high aptitude and hands-on problem-solving abilities. Attitude to work towards meeting high customer satisfaction.

Mandatory skills and knowledge

  • Core Java
  • RDBMS working knowledge either on DB2/Oracle/MSSQL/PostgreSQL
  • Application server working knowledge either on WebSphere Application Server/Jboss/Weblogic
  • Good command over ReactJS/Angular, Javascript, CSS, HTML, Spring Boot based Microservices
  • Good command over DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Chef, Ansible, Jenkins
  • Good command over operating systems like Windows and UNIX/Linux
  • Good troubleshooting skills
  • Clear communication skills
  • Good in conversing in English
  • Presentable

Preferred skills and knowledge

  • ECM working knowledge either on IBM DB2 CM/IBM FileNet/Alfresco or any other ECM
  • BPM working knowledge either on IBM BPM/IBM FileNet/Activiti BPM or any other BPM
  • Java development skills
  • Working Knowledge on technologies like Spring, Hibernate, JPA
  • Working experience of supporting the Production system.
